Siding, Stucco, Brick & Exterior Walls
List the front, rear, left, and right elevations separately. Identify vinyl, fiber cement, stucco, painted masonry, brick, stone, wood, metal, or another material only when known. Note color changes, visible buildup, streaks, joints, cracks, repairs, oxidation-looking areas, peeling coatings, open penetrations, and wall sections hidden by landscaping or additions without diagnosing a cause.
Trim, Soffits, Fascia & Attached Details
Include soffits, fascia, trim boards, shutters, vents, downspouts, exterior light fixtures, utility boxes, railings, columns, pergolas, and other attached details you want considered. Show how materials meet at corners and rooflines. Mention loose-looking pieces, damaged seals, exposed wiring, or other visible conditions that may affect whether an area can be accepted.
Porches, Entries & Nearby Outdoor Areas
Describe covered porches, entry ceilings, steps, landings, walkways, patios, decks, doors, screens, furniture, planters, and landscaping beside the house. These features can affect access and preparation even when they are not part of the washing request. State which items you want reviewed and which are only nearby context.
Height, Access & Photo Context
Record gates, fences, tight side yards, slopes, retaining walls, roofline changes, overhead lines, parked vehicles, pets, and any area that is difficult to see from the ground. Wide photos show the layout; closer photos document visible conditions. Do not climb, lean from a window, or enter an unsafe area to prepare an estimate request.
